What do I need to place an order?
To place a new order, you’ll need a combination of the following:
- A picture of your official contact lens prescription, or
- Your prescription values, lens brand, and doctor’s contact information
- The number of boxes you’d like to purchase
Once we have this information handy, we’ll get you situated with a new order in no time. Once your order is placed, you can expect to receive your contact lenses in 3-4 business days!
What do I do if I'm experiencing issues with my contact lenses?
If you’re experiencing any irritation or other issues while wearing your contact lenses, remove your lenses and reach out to your doctor directly.
